Once we receive a valid notice, we will investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the member responsible and give them the opportunity to respond.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was done in error, you may send us a Counter-Notification containing:

• Your legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the jurisdiction of a relevant court and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they file a legal action within the required time frame, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

To maintain the integrity of our community, any member found repeatedly infringing upon others’ copyrights may have their membership suspended or terminated. We may also restrict certain privileges, such as participation in club tournaments, VR content uploads, or access to member-only features.

6. Member Responsibilities in a Virtual Games Environment

Members must ensure that any content they share complies with copyright law. This includes:

• Avoiding unauthorized uploads of VR game files, full game recordings, or unreleased content
• Not distributing mods, expansions, or custom assets without proper rights or licenses
• Ensuring that fan-made projects do not infringe upon the original creators’ protected works

9. Enforcement and Updates

We actively enforce this policy to ensure a respectful and legal environment. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent banning from the club. This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the law, industry practices, or the club’s operational needs.
